“I ordered three sprinkler donuts and when I received my order 1 donut was broken. I contacted your business several times and I have not received any reply. Customer service is really bad.”

“Good on keeping in contact with updates but ignored my message. I requested in an email three bulbs with a 40 degree 'spread' and received bulbs with a 60 degree 'spread', with no explanation. Not the end of my world since but you asked”

Hi John - thanks for getting in touch. I searched our email system for a message from you but don't seem to be finding one. I can see that the order was placed directly on our website and was for bulbs with a 60 degree spread, which would explain why that was what you received. Apologies for any confusion - had we known that you were in need of a different product we would have canceled the order and assisted you in selecting the correct item.
