“Quality Products at a great price. Please make the effort to provide Low cost USPS shipping for your Hawaii customers. By providing USPS shipping for Hawaii you will be going the extra mile to assist you Hawaii customers who are under a greater disagvantage than most of your customers. Please set up a USPS option for Hawaii shipping. Thank YOU”

“good products good price delivery a bit slow to west coast but this was over the holidays so not surprising. would be nice if you carried more controllers, i didn't see waterproof wire splices but maybe overlooked”

“Twice I was told in emails that a backordered item would take 7-10 days. Twice I had to call Sprinkler Supply to get status. It took over 30 days for the items to be delivered. It appeared actual shipping was triggered by my second call. I requested the '10% discount on your next order' be applied to this $470 order due to delays and poor communication. I received silence. I don't get the impression 'customer service' is part of their company policy.”

Hi Frank, thanks for getting in touch. We did have a lag at the end of the year due to our warehouses being closed for the holidays. We did try to notify everyone of the delay, but it sounds as though we need to do a better job of that next year. Your parts were shipped out the first day that the warehouse employees were back on 1/2. Looks like it was about 20 days from the day of order, which I agree is longer than we told you and not acceptable. I'm happy to offer a 10% discount on the order for your troubles, and I apologize again for any inconvenience this caused. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager
