“Quick order fulfillment. My only gripe is that I live in a rural area and receive mail via PO Box and couldn't get my order shipped there.”

“Excellent online shopping experience. My first order was to replace 4 old leaky valves for the 2021 season. No issues and received the valves in less than a week. This year, I ordered 6 more to replace the rest. Shortly after that order, I received a "You're two cool" email signifying my second order with SSS. Nice customer loyalty touch. Who ever had that idea, give that person a promotion and a raise!!!! The second order came in on time with one small issue. One of the valves had a broken part. I emailed customer service about the issue and they sent a replacement out the same day. Great customer ordering experience, great service, and fast shipping. Keep up the great work!!!!”
