“Purchased a hunter x2 wand that went bad while under warranty. Contacted them and they immediately issued a rma to return the defective one and promptly sent out a new replacement one. They are a great vendor to work with and I will again in future.”

“I ordered a Hunter indoor water controller from Sprinkler Supply Store, which was delivered promptly in perfect condition. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong model. They gave me a full refund, which I did not demand because since the mistake was my fault. I found them very easy to deal with and would gladly order from them again should the need arise.
