“The only place I purchased my sprinkler equipment now. I use to go to the big box stores when I needed sprinkler parts but they would be out if what I needed or not not have enough which lead to either mixing parts or visiting nore stores.,now i go in line,order what i need ans 2 or 3 day's later they arrive in the mail. Love the Sprinkler Store Warehouse.”

“The ordering process and the web-site allowed me to evaluate what sprinkler nozzles were most appropriate for my system. They were received in a very timely manner and were in excellent shape when received. Very good experience!”

“I ordered quite a few parts from SprinklerSupply store. They took quite a long time to arrive since some of the items were back ordered. There is no way of knowing from their site which items are back ordered nor is there an email sent letting you know. So my items eventually start trickling in except that one last back ordered shipment. When it finally arrives I find that they put two of the wrong part in the box and it's missing 48 tees. However their website says that they shipped the tees. So I sent them an e-mail and get a fairly prompt response during their business hours that they will fix it. I waited a couple days but they never sent a new tracking number for this new package so I email them again and request it. About two days later I finally get a tracking number, but the package is only 1 lbs. They only sent the incorrect parts and I still don't have the 48 tees after placing an order about a month and half ago.”

Hi Jason, thanks for your review. My apologies for any confusion and for the errors to your order. We do have "In Stock" or "7 to 10 days" availability listed on the website for each product, and we do send emails out directly after the order has been placed to notify the customer about any backorders. It's possible there was a glitch with the system if you weren't notified. The two sets of replacement parts were shipped out from two separate warehouses. According to the tracking, the 48 tees arrived to you last week on Friday. Please let me know if you're still missing anything. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“Pricing and customer service are outstanding. One area that could be improved is the handling of out of stock items. Holding orders having components on back-order for 5 to 7 days interrupts jobs schedules. Items in stock should be shipped at the freight method original selected and back ordered parts shipped in an expedited manner.”

“When I first opened the web-page, there in bold type, was a notice that with the supplied code, I would receive free shipping on my order. I completed the ordering process but was never given the opportunity to enter the supplied code. Soooo.....I ended up paying $7.99 for shipping that was supposed to be free. Not Good.”

“Sprinkler controller I ordered came quickly and in good shape. Has to wait for local sprinkler company tech to install it which he completed about 30 minutes ago. All appears to be good, Will know for certain when/if performs according to how it was programmed. Saved me a significant amount of $$$ over purchasing it from local sprinkler company.”
