“A. I was being asked to review my shopping experience before the sprinkler part I ordered even arrived, which was almost a week later. B. The thread on the sprinkler part (condenser?) I received is different from the one I have, so the part I received is unusable.”

“Service was good. Communication regarding purchase and return was good. I now consider your company as very reputable and would recommend you to others. Only one minor complaint. Your shipping cost is too high especially since you do not refund shipping and you charge a 20% restocking on returns. I returned the parts to you through USPS for $3.03 but your charged $8.00 to ship it to me originally. So I calculate you profited $5.00 on shipping and 20% on restocking. That is a really good profit margin for not making a conclusive sale. I would hope you make adjustments to these charges to be more fair to your customers. Edward Strittmatter”

“They can definitely improve on the packing when shipping a large quantity in a single box, however their was absolutely no hassle or questions when I sent a note telling them of what got damaged in the shipment. They promptly shipped replacement items and communicated immediately that status. When you are in the same class of customer service as Amazon, you are sure to be successful. Will be ordering more from them.”
