If you take a look at the product page for the part you're looking to order, you'll see either "In Stock" or "7 to 10 days" under "Availability." "7 to 10 days" is a backordered item. “Superior products to those I might obtain locally. Service was responsive and considerate, even when need was due to my lack of PVC skills. I am so proud of my results, I have consistent Hunter valves instead of the "fruit salad" of equipment started by the builder, then cobbled on by landscapers. The old system was getting repair intensive, even requiring neighbors to work on my system while I was out of the country. I think the next five years should be far less eventful for my new system.”

“It's hard for me to find a good supply of Toro sprinkler nozzles and products where I live. Mostly they are not available at the big box home stores. But Sprinkler Supply Store has a complete line of Toro products. Ordering was easy and shipping was the next day. I was happy to have found them and will use them again when the need arises.”

“1) Within hour of placing order received email from irrigationdirect.com. Suspect given by Sprinkler Supply. 2) Told to ship for receipt on or before a date, or delay shipment until several days later. Ignored. (Received when unable to to remove from porch.) 3) Packaging about as bad as ever seen (but items not damaged).”

Hi Wade, thanks for your review. So sorry for any confusion on this order. We don't have any connection to irrigationdirect.com, so any emails you received were just timely coincidences. It does look as though the package was shipped out to reach you on the 16th as requested, but it was an extra day's delivery by the shipper. I'd appreciate it if you would be willing to follow up with me on the condition of the packaging; I'd like to determine if it was on the part of our warehouse or damaged in shipping.
