“I ordered six items and received only five. I then requested the sixth item and received a different type. Someone didn't review the order very carefully before filling it. Not the good service I received in the past.”

“Denny was very clear in what was available and we discussed how I could achieve what was needed. In the end I decided to use a heat gun to soften the tubing we had in stock to slip over a low pressure barb fitting and it has worked out as fine as can be achieved by using the other size discussed and without ordering even more tubing. thank you Denny”

“Order was lost???? Don't understand how an internet order can get lost. Called a week later and it was found. Two weeks plus to receive an order is too long”

Hi Russell, thanks for getting in touch. I totally agree that the turnaround time was unacceptable. We did have a small batch of orders that didn't transmit properly to our warehouse. We thought we had caught them all, but yours slipped through the cracks. Again, my sincere apologies. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager.

“Customer service team is extremely responsive, people get back to you quickly and have the tools to resolve problems creatively. Kudos to the support team. Ordering web site is pretty slick, but the fulfillment and back-end integration is a little rough. Once you get past the order confirmation email things get a little sketchy .. like shipping notifications and reporting changes to the original order. Customer service picks up the slack here pretty well, but a bit more investment in the self-service order management part would make this a 5-star customer experience.”

“Found out part of my order was not in stock but I was in a hurry for the other part of my order. So I called and she agreed to sent part now and the rest later and didn't charge extra shipping. Customer service took care of me. Thanks”
