“I found everything I was looking for, and it was shipped quickly. I did have problems with the website trying to change quantities of items I had ordered. The shopping basket didn't seem to like to make changes. After starting over, everything was fine. Just a minor glitch. I'll use this company again, and recommend it to friends.”

“They website didn’t say when the expected delivery time was. As a result, the piece didn’t come in time for the project and I had to find another solution using a different piece.”

Hi Kyle - thanks for your review. That's something that we're currently working on and hope to roll out sooner than later. With 7 warehouses and so many SKUs, it's an involved task but we're hoping to roll that out ASAP. Our apologies that this one didn't arrive to you in time for your project.

“I finally found the 3/4” female to 17mm tee at your store. After breaking one side off over a year ago, I had rig the current tee with several. The new tee from your assist in the smooth irrigation of my dig line.”

“I was extremely happy to find the parts I needed. They were very reasonably priced. My order was notified when shipping and when received, the order was filled accurately. “Order and delivery process were fine. But sprinklers I ordered (and the accompanying nozzels) were packaged horribly. The were rattling around in a much too large box, not protected at all. I've ordered in the past, and the packaging, boxing was much more efficient and secure.”

I've followed up with the warehouse that shipped your order and instructed them to be sure that they're shipping the product in properly sized boxes with ample packing material. We agree that your order shouldn't arrive to you bouncing around in the box when it reaches your door!
