“We measure the line before install, so we know how much drip line per valve. This is the first time I purchased from Sprinkler Supply Store, but have installed about a 1000’ of drip line to date, and know my measurement marks are correct. Unfortunately, the drip line I purchased was approximately 40' short of the 250'. After advising the Sprinkler Supply Store, they bent over backwards to make it right. I really can't say enough about how great their customer service was to me, and I would definitely go back to them for future purchases based on this experience.”

“Unacceptable experience. I placed a very simple order of a single item, which should take no longer than few minutes to grab and throw in a box. The subtotal was less than $20 (which is a reasonable price), but I was then charged $12 to ship a small package that would have been $5 or less to ship myself. As I needed the parts quickly, I paid the premium only for my order to sit around for a few days before finally being shipped!”

“I had a solenoid go bad on my Toro electric to hydraulic converter. I was not sure I would be able to find a replacement since these aren’t terribly common. Sprinkler Supply had them and shipped it out quickly. The part arrived in good shape and I installed it; works great and my system is up and running again!”

“The shopping experience was very good. It was quick, easy and efficient. The order was filled quickly and correctly. The only issue about the process was the FedEx delivery. The FedEx driver left the package by the roadside, next to the postal box. No notification was received from FedEx. If it had not been for the notification from Sprinkler Supply Store, I would not have known that the box was sitting at the roadside, easily picked up by anyone going by. UPS drops packages off next to our garage. My driveway is accessible. 5 stars for Sprinkler Supply Store. 0 stars for FedEx.”
