“Haven’t been able to find replacement sprinkler head caps for the ones I use for years so glad I found this company who had them. They’ll now be my go-to company for all my sprinkler supplies. Also, items in stock, fast shipping & great customer service”

“Great variety of supplies. Fast delivery and received product in perfect condition. The only problem is it is difficult to find the website because so many suppliers have same name. Please send your web address back so I can use your on line store again!!”

“Very fast shipping, good communication as to my order. I only wish there had been a little info sheet on how to set the new sprinkler heads. I got it figured out via the internet but a sheet would have been handy.”

“Have not received order. Only a sent email got a partial order, which when originally ordered was indicated out of stock. Have paid for product and received nothing with a customer still waiting.”

Hi Charles, thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion, but we split your order up between two warehouses, as one of our locations received a shipment of the backordered part and was able to ship it out right away. The second portion of the order has also shipped and is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow. We'll follow up privately to make sure that you get that tracking.

“Only one of the two valves I ordered work. Will try to fix, or I will return for replacement. Electrec's checked, water will not shut off.”

HI Robert - thanks for the review. Please just get in touch if you're not able to get that valve going. We'll arrange for a return and get a new one out to you ASAP. Apologies for the confusion.

“The product arrived exactly as I ordered it. Only hitch is the shipping fee. You lose it if returning and the restocking percentage on top of that. Otherwise a good place to find what you need if you can’t find it locally. Thank you”
