“You guys have been very helpful and for that I am grateful. As a homeowner with 1.5 acres of planters, it's been frustrating finding a system that works for irrigation. I inherited the planters somewhat in disrepair but with many plants worth saving. Thus, I don't want to hire a landscape crew and risk getting the plants trampled in an attempt to put in irrigation. So your site has been very helpful, especially the chat option. One small suggestion. On your parts list, where you list Netafim CV irrigation accessories like the connectors, have the option of ordering one unit and one bag clearly separate. I stupidly was not paying attention and thought if I clicked for 1 unit, it was one bag. Obviously, if I had paid attention to the $, I would have noticed that something was wrong. Ended up having to place a separate order, with more shipping and now have to wait a week to install the system. My fault, but you might consider changing this to prevent idiots like me making the same mistake! Thanks!”

“Very timely! I love getting our Netafim fittings and products from this place because the selection is awesome and if you bulk up it comes at a discount. I am a farmer and certain fitting just make sense to have bags of on hand, thanks for having what I need and getting it to me quick!”

Hi Constantine - thanks for your review. I'm showing that you used that 15% off code on your order - if you look at your confirmation, the total of the parts was $64.32 and the discount was $9.64, which comes out to be a 15% discount. The order is showing that the discount was applied at the time the order was placed, so clearly the discount arrived before your order was placed.
