“Was looking for individual filters for sprinkler heads. Hard to find anyone who sells them separately. But landed on the Sprinkler Supply Store. Found what I was looking for -- and REASONABLY priced. Purchased a large quantity of what I needed. Easy to order through site and order shipped quickly. Arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with everything.”

Hi Stanley - thanks for the review. Looks like we went back and forth on emails at the end of last week regarding the shipping status of your backorder order and promptly canceled on the 11th per your request and an automated email went out to notify you of the cancelation. The refund generally takes about 24-48 hours to show up your payment method. Let us know if you need the confirmation number for the credit to follow up with your credit card company.

Hi Ronald - thanks for your review and our apologies for the delay. Your order was placed on the 3rd and shipped promptly on the 4th. From there it looks like it has been tossed around the USPS system for the past 8 days, but the tracking is showing it's out for delivery today. Reach back out if you don't receive it and we'll get a replacement order out for you ASAP.
