“I have done business with SSS many times in the past and quality and service were always my primary concern, and they delivered I gave them a lower rating this time around because it is the first time I have ever had to return an item to them, and I was told that I would have to pay a 20 % re stocking fee, I have no problem with the return shipping fee, since this is common among all distributors but in doing research I realized that there is a great disparity in restocking fees in the future I will seek out companies that do not charge restocking fees”

Hi Stephen - thanks for your review. We're more often than not willing to waive the restocking fee as long as items are returned in new condition, especially for longtime customers. I don't recall speaking to you on this and it would have been my call to make, but certainly reach out in the future if you need to return something and we'll waive the restocking fees for you. I can see your return has yet to arrive to us, so I made a note to not charge that fee when it arrives. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager
