“Needed a zone controller for my Rainbird system and started searching for a genuine replacement piece. Hi Charles - thanks for the review. It's definitely a fact that $10 worth of parts can be expensive to ship back when you've ordered the wrong items. We do offer an additional 10% in store credit for customers who can take that option to try to help offset the cost. We're open to other suggestions if you have thoughts on a better way to approach this situation.

“Shopping, shipping, and overall experience was great. Product was fairly priced and arrived accurately and promptly. I do have one critique, most people just want to buy parts and sprinklers and not get a dozen emails afterwards. While I appreciated the friendly tone, sometimes the best shopping experience is just buy>receive>done.”
