“I ordered a part that was similar to what I needed. When the part arrived, I realized it was not the correct size. I called the phone number on the order paper and left a message. I received a return call in about half an hour. They even gave me the manufacturer's phone number so I could check directly with the manufacturer to confirm what I needed. They were professional, informative, and provided me with everything I needed. The customer service experience was great. Bob”

“I added to my existing system expanding into the back yard and ordered what I needed to match the system. I then had to "fine tune" some of the heads to get the proper coverage. The Sprinkler Supply Store had everything I needed and it all works great.”
