“I ordered 10 nozzle screens and only received 9 screens. The screens are hard enough to find so I am keeping what was sent.”

Hi Wayne - apologies for the confusion! I just placed a replacement order for that missing filter screen. You should be seeing the email confirmation in your inbox!

“I am midway through my issue of finding the correct size clamp and at this point, even if I don't find the correct size, Denny has completely earned a 5 star with his assistance and going way above and beyond trying to help me. I can't even explain in detail how this customer service is completely Top Notch A++ Service. I am extremely satisfied with how I've been treated.”

“First time shopper. Shipping was prompt, but I wish the products had some kind of identification on them. This may have prevented the wrong parts being sent to me”

“They had everything I needed on an easy-to-navigate site. The prices were affordable and shipping was in a few days. I didn't need to speak to anyone in customer service but did receive a personalized video for my purchase and several follow-up emails so I have no doubt the customer service is excellent as well! I will be purchasing from them again and recommending them to others!”

“Merchandise as described. The Sprinkler SS is not located in my geographical area, so the delivery took a few days to get to me, but the delivery timeframe was consistent with expectations.”
