“Parts were missing from my order. Almost impossible to contact customer service by phone. Asked if replacement parts could be shipped faster since I was in the middle of a job. This request was ignored and will now have to wait almost a week to get the parts. There are plenty of other sprinkler parts stores on the internet and that is where I will be buying from in the future.”

“I found out about Sprinker Supply Store through a Youtube video on Hunter MP Rotors. I was able to find exactly what I needed since many of the items I couldn't find at my local big box home improvement store. I like the items I purchased and plan to purchase more to expand my sprinkler system.”

“shopping was pretty straight forward HOWEVER im not a sprinkler pro. The reason i went with the basic kit for the MP Rotator was because of the youtube video and i was sick of using my other water stuff. I looked at both basic and pro kit and no joke thought it was just the bluetooth piece. Once i received the basic kit i was very excited to use it to find out that it wasnt the same and i had to order the check valve and the other regulator. Honestly i was extremely annoyed because the site doesnt really explain it enough in my opinion. Thankfully there was free shipping for those otherwise id return everything. The site should have imaged of the basic vs the pro kit. p.s. your chat support isnt the greatest”

“Hi, I recently ordered 10 Hunter 181500 - PGP Riser Seal - Replaces 253400. I went to use the Riser Seals this weekend, but unfortunately, I only received 10 Female Rubber Risers which requires 10 Male Rubber Rise completing the seal. My Order # was Order No. #191983. Is there someone who can help me with this. Other than that, my experience looking up and ordering the parts was seamless.”

“After using Hunter PGP Rotors for decades, Sprinkler Supply Store recommended K-Rain Rotors and I am hooked. They have four spray heads pre-installed and all you have to do is select the pattern you desire. The rotors are easier to adjust and what can I say, they work better. I will be replacing all my rotors over time with K-Rain Rotors.”
