“Great selection, great service, and fast shipping. Wish you would use a different shipping company than FedEx. They make you look bad with their incompetence. Constant delays at the last minute - taking forever for our stuff to get here.”

“had the part I needed and at a great price. Soon after the order was submitted they assigned a rep to my order who emailed me. My order was soon marked "back order" and rep was able to lmk it would be a few weeks. Finally the email came that item was in and shipped. If it weren't for backorder I would rate them 5 stars. Will by from again”

Hi Carrie - thanks for your review. I just checked your order and I'm seeing part 590307 on the order, which is the 3/4" ASV/ABV repair kit. I've reached out privately to get this resolved for you, but if you received the 3/4" kit then it does appear that you received what you ordered. “I really appreciated that you highlighted some significant specifications in your video and online. I was looking for a Toro 570 prx com and I appreciate that you had it before. I'd ordered similarly previous to this and wasn't able to exchange because I waited too long. I also thought the drip sprays I ordered, same manufacturer, were way higher quality than what they get at the big stores. Nice job!”

“The vendor that we normally use was out of stock of a specific adapter with no date for replenishment. After a quick search online we found the adapters in stock and they shipped immediately and we had them in a couple of days! It was a great experience. Will definitely place more orders in the future.”
