“We were very pleased with our purchasing experience with Sprinkler Supply Store. They were very good about the communication even though some items had to be drop shipped due to the quantity we ordered. We had some special requests which included getting our order in by the end of 2016 and they were very conscious of that and careful in their processing of the order. Just overall a very pleasant, professional shopping experience. The items were delivered free even though it was necessary to make the delivery via Truck. John Hennessey, PE”

“I was disappointed that before I placed my order on Dec 23, there was no mention on the order portion of the website that you would be closed over the holiday week and my order would not ship until Jan 3. I was not informed of this until AFTER my order was placed and I had paid. It would have been nice to know this before placing the order so I could have considered other options as I needed this right away, not 10 plus days later.”

Hi Stephen, thanks for your review. My apologies for any confusion, we had information on the top of the website in red regarding the delay but we understand that not all of our customers noticed it.
