“I am a DIY homeowner, not a professional. My entire order arrived on Friday, as promised, only 3 days after placing the order. Every time was included and everything arrived in perfect condition. “I would have preferred to know that 5 of the 6 sprinkler heads that I ordered were out of stock and needed to be back-ordered from the supplier BEFORE I placed my order not after the order was placed.”

“I placed order Order#: 108890 on 9/20/2016 and I have not received it. However, according to USPS tracking, USPS delivered it on Friday Sept. 23, 2016. What should I do if I do not receive it in the next couple of days? Thanks, Dan Lee”

Hi Dan, thanks for the review. My apologies for the lost package. We find that they usually end up with the neighbors, so I would suggest checking in with them and/or catching your carrier if you can.
