“Easy to locate item on the web site. Got a confirmation of the order but didn't get a notification that had shipped using your contact info I asked about the status and within an hour got a ship notice and they said there was a problem and he took care of it.”

“I am midway through my issue of finding the correct size clamp and at this point, even if I don't find the correct size, Denny has completely earned a 5 star with his assistance and going way above and beyond trying to help me. I can't even explain in detail how this customer service is completely Top Notch A++ Service. I am extremely satisfied with how I've been treated.”

“They had everything I needed on an easy-to-navigate site. The prices were affordable and shipping was in a few days. I didn't need to speak to anyone in customer service but did receive a personalized video for my purchase and several follow-up emails so I have no doubt the customer service is excellent as well! I will be purchasing from them again and recommending them to others!”

“This is a wonderful supply store. My order was back ordered which did not concern me because I received regular updates. This was the only place I could find exactly what I needed and I was grateful they were willing and able to get it for me. The updates were much appreciated and it didn't take very long. Once they had the item it was shipped to me right away and was PRECISELY what I needed.”
