“We have ordered Netafim irrigation supplies from The Sprinkler Supply Store a couple times because they have a greater selection of parts than our local store. The order was processed and delivered quickly (within about a week) and we appreciated the email updates including information about one part of our order that would be arriving later than the rest. Packaging was appropriate to the size of the items in our order.”

“I had a great experience ordering from Sprinkler Supply Store. They contacted me when there was a question about my order, and worked with me to ship my order in lots, as a portion was backordered, but I needed the other parts sooner. Really appreciated the personal service and talking to a human when necessary!”

“I have to rate the experience as a 4 and this is why. My purchase was for 5 LED light bulbs and it came in a bubble envelope. LED bulbs are very expensive and can be damaged easily. Luckily the bubble envelope didn't get smashed or stepped on during the shipping process.”
