“As a result of sequestering during the pandemic, I started a small vegetable garden, which has grown and now is comprised of three raised beds. Owing to the changes in our weather patterns and my choice to not always be at home to water my garden, I opted to install a drip irrigation system. On the internet I found my way to Sprinkler Supply Store, and they have supplied me with all the paraphernalia I have needed to succesfully keep my garden experiment watered. The turnaround on orders has been excellent and I have always found the parts I needed to acheive my desired outcomes. Thank you Sprinkler Supply Store!”

“I know that this is a USPS issue and I now always try not to use Ebay because they usually use USPS for shipping, resulting in long shipping times. This shipment with a very low weight (oz's) had a $8.99 shipping cost and therefore could use UPS service, instead it was shipped USPS and as a result took 14 days to arrive!”

“Purchased some netafim tech line from Sprinkler Supply Store a few years ago. The product started failing several months ago. It has a five year warranty against failures. I contacted Netafim and they noted I needed to work with the store I purhased from. I reached out to Sprinkler Supply Store and Denny got in touch with my. He asked for photos of the failure and I provided them to him. He agreed to issue a store credit for my order. After I agreed, he ghosted me. I have emailed him 12 times since and set up three customer service calls and he has never called me. Pretty frustrating to be ghosted like this. Definitely would not recommend doing business with Sprinkler Supply Store--they do not stand behind the products they sell and have very shady customer experience.”

“This is my first time dealing with this company. I purchased a sprinkler part the other day and received it quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see about returning it for the correct size. I was questioned about my ability to order the correct size and was referred to my order. I am not sure if this is standard business practice to question the customer or if I am just interpreting the responses incorrectly. Therefore I am including the chat responses for others to decided. "I purchased a sprinkler part the other day but it is the wrong size. I would like to return it for the correct size. Order number: 198904-1 9:24 AM Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Hi Daniel - apologies if I offended. Tone can be tricky to figure out when you're on chat. I try to be charming, but it doesn't always come across that way. At least that's what my wife tells me. I understand your certainty that you ordered the 3/4" - our system is showing the 1" on your order. It seems like the most likely conclusion was that the incorrect selection was made from the drop down menu when your order was placed. It was a small order and your first, so I credited you back for the order so that you could place a new order for the part that you needed without requiring a return of the other part. My last comment was just a reminder to double check the drop down before placing the new order, as it's a common mistake. I went back and looked a while ago just to assure that your new order was correct, which it was, so you should be all set!
