“Got half my order in a couple days...after a week or two had to call about the other half. I talked to someone and it shipped the next day. Clearly not on top of things if you have to ask for the other half of your order.”

Hi, thanks for your review. I took a look at your order, and that second half of the order was on backorder. The expected turnaround time on backordered items is 7-10 working days (which works out to about 2 weeks), so you happened to call just as the part was arriving. It's pretty common that we check on a backordered part and discover that it has arrived that day or will be showing up the next. I'm sure it often looks like we simply forgot and suddenly shipped the order, but please rest assured that we get everything out as quickly as we can once it has arrived. “Only issue was I received the wrong part for a riser - instead of a male/female riser part, I received female/female coupler. Made it work with an additional component from local Hardware store and wasn't worth returning. Everything else in order was correct and no issues with the entire order/shipping process.”
