“The delivery time from purchase to being delivered to my home took longer than I had expected. They were neatly packed and came to me safely and undamaged. I very much appreciated the installation sheet of instructions which were included in the box. My next order will be soon so that I have the heads already here when I need to replace one or two.”

“Takes forever to get your order shipped this is the second time if you pay for 3day shipping your order doesn’t leave their warehouse for 3days so don’t waste your money and don’t bother calling no one answers”

Hi Rob, thanks for getting in touch. Apologies if there was some confusion, but we don't offer three day or any other expedited shipping on our website. We've placed notices in our shopping cart and sent out follow up emails to notify our customers that some orders will be shipping out late due to the COVID19 situation. Many of our warehouses are socially distancing and are working to get caught up. We're happy to cancel the order if you're unable to wait, just let us know.

“Service was prompt and price competitive. I purchased 12 Hunter sprinkler heads. The plastic adjustment tools and installation instructions were not but should be included with such a purchase.”
