“Fast shipment, but didn't receive rest of order yet. Not sure where my Hunter I-40's are or if they'll even be shipped. Looks like the order was shipped incomplete and I'll never get my I-40's. If I get my I-40's without much on my end then this is acceptable. If not then this is unacceptable.”

I had responded to your email regarding this situation last Thursday - the remainder of the order was shipped from a separate warehouse and was scheduled to arrive to you on Friday. “Received the items in very quick fashion. exactly what I wanted. Great service. Wish one head adjuster tool was included or at least mentioned that one was needed or not included. Will buy from Sprinkler Supply Store again.”

“Great experience! I needed some Irritrol 2600T valves to replace/repair my old Hardie/Richdel 2600T valves (they are the same). My local hardware stores did not carry these. Found them at Sprinkler Supply Store and they were much better priced then Amazon or Ebay. Shipped fast too! Already installed the valves and my sprinkler system is up and running. Supper happy with the purchase.”

“I was very happy with with the service I received from the Sprinkler Supply Store. The items I ordered were received in a timely manner (in a week) and I was supplied with a tracking #. I was immediately notified of back ordered items and notified when those were shipped. I also received an immediate refund on an item that could not be shipped. I will definitely order from them again.”
