“Was my first order from them, looked at the website and saw that they had west Coast warehouses. So I ordered, and get tracking and it shipped from the East Coast. I live in Washington and a Seattle warehouse was within 275 miles. I got them in about a week. I was not happy, they said that warehouse did not have stock on hand”

Hi Craig - thanks for the review. Not all of our warehouses carry all of the products we carry, and small Hunter repair parts like the ones you ordered tend to sell out about as quickly as we can get them this time of year. Our product pages do show which warehouses have the parts in stock for each part, and it's true that our New York warehouse was the nearest location at the time the parts were ordered.

“I was so excited to find the parts I needed for our 20+ year old sprinkler system. Not only did I find what I needed, but found some other replacement parts I could utilize as well. My favorite part is that even with the cost of shipping, I saved a ton by not having to purchase thru Amazon. Parts arrived quickly and my issue was resolved for under $13 with extra parts to spare. What's not to love?”
