“Got my part in and it didn't work so I sent them a message and with no questions ask, they sent me a new one. Must be some good people. They apologized and said once in a blue moon a bad one comes through.”

“Everything was great until only part of my order arrived. I had no advanced notice that I would be receiving my order in multiple shipments. And then third shipment never arrived. On the plus side when I contacted sprinkler supply about it the issue was dealt with right away. But, it delayed my project which is not really ideal. Makes the whole thing a bit of a hassle.”

Hi Scott, thanks for your review. My sincere apologies that we weren't able to knock this one out of the park for you. This one is totally on us for missing two of the rolls of tubing and causing the delay in your project. I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved, but I'm in the process of looking at this order more closely to see what measures we need to take to assure this situation doesn't happen again.
