“i use to work in the plumbing and mechanical contracting field, wish there was a site as stocked, and people that are aware of the product they carry as sprinkler supply does. as far as pricing its great and delivered when expected. if i need to refer any one this would be the company and site i will refer to. thank you for my order. ken”

“Very Good. I ordered 4 in-line valves and they are in the ground and working. Packaging was a little disappointing. No instructions, brochures, or installation materials, but all was well. No problems with the order or the product.”

“I have placed two orders with you. The first (117988) was sent usps and got to me in 3 days. My second order was placed on May 6 (118974). On May 8 I was notified that part of my order would be backordered; no expected delivery date was provided. Your system should be connected to your inventory so I would know not to order from you if I was in a hurry. I replied and asked that you send what you have. Instead, none of the backordered parts were sent. I ordered the backordered parts from Home Depot.”

I obviously need to make sure that I'm double checking before canceling. “I received my Irritrol irrigation control box quickly via Fed Ex. Kristyn, who helped me on the phone, was the best sales rep with a personal touch, I had encountered in a very long time. After completing my purchase I realized that I needed an outdoor box instead of one for indoors. Kristyn remained very efficient and without any problem canceled the first order and changed it to the outdoor box.
