“Order place and recognized 4 days later. I had to check on disposition to find out. The order sent and delivered 5 days later. Lost customer. Girl taking and placing orders to be filled not alert. Usually very good service. Products good. Repair like snap-locks on T-leaks not in stock or handled.”

Hi Daniel, thanks for your review. I apologize for any delays, it's our intention to always ship our orders in a timely manner. It looks like it was prepared to ship on a Friday but didn't get into the hands of the shipping company until the following Monday. “I sent a question via email late at night and it was answered promptly and thoroughly early the next morning. Quick delivery and especially good was that the part was exactly what I needed and slipped right in place. Thanks.”

“My order finally arrived complete but took longer than expected to get "in stock" parts from other suppliers. Contacting them is slow as they seem to be understaffed. I probably order from them again but I will adjust my shipping expectations from 3-4 days to 10.”

“I purchesed some new hunter sprinkler heads to replace some that had got damaged. They arrived on time. I replaced the old ones with my newly purchased ones and have great area coverage again. Ordering from Sprinkler Supply Store was easy and fast. I will continue to use SSS for all my needed supplies.”

“I ordered two items shown as in stock, then one showed back ordered after I placed my order. Shipping fee was waived after I called about this, and both items were received within a week anyway.”

“Great products, great pricing. Fulfillment or clarity needs a little improvement. My order was not fulfilled quickly enough for the shipping method selected. I had to purchase everything locally and return the entire order. Not only paying extra locally but had to pay a restock charge or receive store credit. Ouch! Make sure to verify stock on all items and verify SHIPPING DATE.”

Hi Blain, thanks for your feedback. My sincere apologies if the order didn't arrive in a timely manner. I was looking into your tracking, it appears that we shipped everything within 24 hours of receiving the order but the shipment was held up due to a late UPS trailer. I'm not seeing anything showing that the order was returned to us or that a return authorization was requested. Please let me know if you need that set up. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager
