Staples, 436 Southbridge Street, Suite 2, Auburn, MA 01501 ~ Store 294, Transaction 69494 at 9:32AM on 12/6/2024 I have to say, I received (from my doctor) some forms that had to be printed out. No clue how to do this. Jason at Staples, couldn't have been more helpful. Walked me through the entire process and made sure I got exactly what I needed!!! I have been to this Staples several times with printing issues, and have always been treated with respect! THANK YOU JASON!!! Also sent out a package vis UPS ~ so easy!!!

Horrible, shop somewhere else, delivery isn't trackable, the status is out for delivery and nothing has been delivered.even employees at my local store were not able to track the order.waste of previous time!kids are more reliable than your store...(Store pick up order with delivery to the store)

I’m extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from the team, particularly from Francishca and Harvey. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for 6 days now, and UPS has continuously changed the tracking details. Every time I called, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner, with both representatives constantly blaming UPS and refusing to take any responsibility on behalf of Staples. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she wasn’t available, which felt like another way to avoid resolving the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expected much better from a company like Staples. Will definitely think twice before ordering again.

Staples knows how to turn a good day into bad. I ordered (#9924493157) a Brother printer for my homework. They sent it a few days later, but shipped it back because my address was wrong. No it wasn’t. It was awful trying to fix this because at every click of the mouse, the company pumps ads from every direction. I finally got an email saying it would be redelivered and was notified it was on my porch. No, it wasn’t. It was returned. Back in the barrel, same frustration. The email said it will arrive today. Nope. I’m stuck without it. The BROTHER HL L2400D is $10 cheaper at Walmart. I contacted the company by chat, email, and phone. I ordered two printers from Staples, my first and my last. My name is Lou and I stand by all of my reviews.

Staples deserves to be a struggling company. As a teacher for many years, I stopped shopping at the store because they wanted teachers to join their rewards program that never actually earned us any rewards. This year, I went in the store to purchase a specific item. I said I was a teacher and the employee didn't tell me about the discount. I only realized there was a discount upon returning to my car and having to go back into the store because I was charged incorrectly for the items I bought. Today, I returned and shopped around for my classroom, only to find out that the discount was a one time only deal. I left my carriage of items at the register. I'd rather give Amazon my business and the prices are sure to be better. Shame on Staples all around. I will be sure to tell my fellow teachers to skip giving any business to Staples. No wonder there's so many bad reviews about the company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE BY SO CALL MANAGER (MOE/MOH) Staples in Barrhaven Ottawa. I order a stationary items via online for the company I work for the order was $789 and 1 item to return as it was damaged. He was at the cash so I asked where do I go to return/exchange this item. Moe asked when did you purchase the item I replied end of May...he said contact the manufacture as our policy is 10 days. I explained to him this item is close to $40 dollars and its broken/damaged he was rude, horrible customer service never offer a solution. I asked for someone higher than him he stated he is on vacation tough luck...I asked for the name and phone number of the person/department to make a complaint. He replied look it up.... MOE/MOH SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN SERVICE AS HE IS ARROGANT/RUDE AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. CCC

Ridiculous. Save yourself from an inferiority evening — Run not walk to any other copy store! Once again I was forced to records because the Physician’s office refused to. give me an e- mail address to send medical records. At Staples in Lafayette employees told me it was $2.00 per page fax. Ouch! I had 60 pages— and customers have to utilize a pre-loaded gift card in the fax. So put in 32.00 it stopped half way through and had to start all over. Then told it takes it approx 20 minutes to face 30 pages- We were here a total of approx90 minutes. Very archaic FAX and system. The employees are great - but this is terrible!

Mr.paras assistant manager is a useless person on this earth. Very rude in nature . And I belive he is expecting sone thing to give you a job. Very very poor experience.

I was at Staple in the Junction on June 11, 2024 and was given assistance by Kim. She was patient, helpful and so knowledgeable. It was a truly a delightful experience. I highly recommend anyone looking to do or get coping done visit this location and ask for Kim! Thank you Staples for having such great employees!

Customer service sucks! Have had hundreds of different businesses cards printed in past. Now they don’t save a master for reprints. Said you need a USB port or something. What print shop doesn’t keep samples of customers past orders on file? Also couldn’t make print of photos off phone. Went to drug store photo machine; got 5”x7” for $1.99 Staples customer service & young & dumb employees lost my business!!!

I left a photo album to be copied for a Christmas present December 4. It was supposed to be ready the n t week. I called multiple times to inquire about when it would be ready. I was told various things from it was almost ready to they know nothing. I was finally told ot hadn’t been started - January 2. I went and picked it up. No apology, nothing.

I placed an order for $444 on September 27 and was charged but there is no record of the order having been placed. There has been no confirmation of the order and attempts to get this matter resolved are painfully slows.

Staples has clear advertising online about newborns passport photos; they not only offer the service, but also have a FAQs reates to infants’ photos. Today I went into two stores located in London Ontario and both said they did not offered the service. Terrible waste of time, also rude when considering that mobilizing around the city with a 2-month-old baby it is not the easiest thing to do.

Staples Has a fee for asking their employees to do anything for you. I was charged an express guarantee fee For taking my order before Waiting 5 hours The manager claims it was called on the spot service. The guy was standing around not doing anything and handed me 14 sheets of paper,and rang it up on the register. So beware if you should so much as speak to an employee and get any "service" be prepared to spend at least 5 hours visiting or you will be charged a % of your total purchase as a "express guarantee" in my case it was 30 %. I can assure Staples will never have to be bothered by me again

we bought ASUS Vivo book Flip TP412FA-DS51TCA 14" we also bought extended warranty for three years last week this laptop started making noise. I have given this for the repair at staples store (80 Great Lakes Drive Brampton, ON L6R 2K7) I got a message from Staples Service department that this laptop cannot be fixed, and they are offering me $700.I paid for this laptop $800+taxes + $290 for warranty and I am only getting $700 back. They should give me my full money or has to fix my laptop

Horrible experience- I ordered a simple file cabinet from Staples and had a terrible time getting it delivered and then the store made a mistake delivering it. I had to wait for days to get it picked up and always received a false promise. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. This store has unprofessional people working with them and I would sooner pay a few dollars more and not go thru the hassle

I ordered Apple ear pods on line. They were supposed to have sent out my item. The driver delivering my item forgot the package, nonsense. I call staples and ask for a refund they tell me that I have to wait until package arrive and don’t except it. Nonsense long story short. Staples is not the place to order anything on line. They have terrible communication with the company shipping their merchandise. I will never order anything on line from staples again.💩💩💩💩💩

I ordered a desk online for delivery. The day of delivery they said that no one was home. I was home. I contacted staples and told them about it and they assured me that they would deliver I waited again all day only to see the package tracking saying no one was home. This time I had been assured that they would call-in arrival and they never showed up. Two days wasted. How incompetent do you have to be to not follow simple instructions.

Staples is a necessary and needed store for any town or city but they have such horrible IT problems that it is so frustrating when you're trying to order (in my case) blue prints. Their website constantly crashes or it stops you from filling in information they need in order to complete your order. Then you have to call the help department which aren't able to help you, nor will anyone take an order over the phone. In this day and age it's just not that hard to have a decent functioning website. I wish I had somewhere else to go.
