“I ordered a tiny seal. For one thing, I was going to be charged $7 for a .30 piece or $7 shipping. I don't feel like I should have to pay for a part like that the first time I used it. Second, I ordered the part on March 25th and it's a month later and I've never received it. I would love to use my pressure cooker plus, but being that I've been waiting for the part for over a month, I can't... I love the part I ordered to come in!”

“You sales rep was continuing to try the sales pitch several times after her not force it. I know she was only what she was instructed but it turned me of from thinking about ordering another for a family member”

“it took 3 attempts to order the pp. i spent 50 minutes on april 16th was told the order was complete and i would get a confirmation email. on the next tuesday i tried a chat that failed same thing tge next sunday. on tuesday tge 25th it took 75 minutes and 3 calls to get aconfirmstion email. i was dis connented from the line to call to get my promised $50 walmart gift cstd. i sure hope the vooker is better than this service”

“Bought the wrong size but it's expensive to do a return so if you buy beware return shipping is $60 plus. Everything else ok”

“The pin in the lid fell out - glad it didn't happen while cooking. Also, have had the run around on getting a pin for the grocery coupons. Very disappointed.”

“Frankly since i just received the Cooker there is no way to rate it at this time. A true evaluation would be after i had a chance to use this product. In appearance it looks great that is all i can say right now. And this ad of 100 dollars in free groceries as seen on T.V. i may have to question. At this time i can only assume they are only Coupon savings on products. I have yet to receive my pin number on that yet.The entry said within 24 hours.”

“Not a word after several days after ordering. Only thing I've received is two requests to write a review for you. Not much to review other than I ordered TWO pressure cookers and not gotten a shipping notice or back order notice. NOT a good way to start a relationship with a customer. I am a VERY disappointed customer. TOTAL lack of communication from this company. Even if the status is that you can't ship yet, you should at least give me that status. Poor news is still better than NO news. Don't keep your customers hanging like this!”

“Tried 5 times to order parts from your website, 5 times got all the way to check out with pay pal, 5 times got sent back to website with no purchase! Had to Call on the phone to pay pal to see if sale went through, Then had to order from phone to get said parts, Was very unhappy with the whole experience, only went through with it because we needed the parts!!!!!”
