“We ordered over the telephone. We haven't received it yet but, we were told that it would be 3 payments for the next 3 months of $60 something and we $89 something taken out 2 times on the next day after we ordered it. Not happy about that.”

“"I have not received it yet, but I am writing a review about the phone purchase. Actually the woman was very kind, but way too many questions on buying this and purchasing that. I really did not want to spend all that time on the phone to purchase the Power Pressure Cooker." $100 GROCERY COUPONS BUNCH OF BOLOGNA FALSE ADVERTISING AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.”

“have not received product yet but the sales experience was not pleasurable. When I purchase an item I want to purchase the item. I don't really want to listen to a LONG sales pitch about other stuff which I have no interest in. Perhaps at some initial point I might be asked if I have an interest in additional ways to spend my money?”

“I was excited when I saw the commercial. I had been thinking of making a purchase for a item similar. Ordering was easy, and quick. I did want the cook book but was not willing to pay the $30. That should be offered at a discount especially when ordering the XL.”

“Got thru whole process and it wouldn't accept my address saying it had a problem with my PO Box number even though I had a physical address as well. So I just abandoned the while idea of purchasing the product”

“Your ADS SPECIFY THAT THE 10 QUART MODEL CAN HANDLE 12 LB. TURKEY BUT THE COOKBOOK DOES NOT EVEN MENTION A WHOLE TURKEY, i tHINK i WASTED MY MONEY.”

“This Power Pressure Cooker XL seller promotes that you will get free 250 pages cook book together with the purchase, It was a total lie, nothing was sent. I called customer service last month they promised to send one soon, to date nothing has been mailed. They mailed me a 3 page cook flier or brochure instead. If they do not mail me the cook book, I will file a complain with the business bureau. I have their video that says FREE 250 pages cook book. This is deceptive business practice and should be stop.”

“I called the service number for a question. The service person figured I was calling about an order. She didn't even ask what I was calling for when she answered. The noise was so bad in the background I couldn't understand her and almost hung up from being frustrated because of the noise. I told her I would just go to the website to order. There was a break from the noise so I decided to order through her. When I started giving her my information the noise in the background got worse. By the time we got through all the information I was so upset because of the back ground noise I was really mad. I hope I get the part with less trouble than the phone conversation. Because I LOVE this product is the only reason I put of with the telemarketing noise in the background.”

“we only used the pressure cooker 2 times , we ordered the cookbook and still haven't gotten it, I called 3 times to find out why I haven't gotten it and they keep telling me ill get it in 7 to 10 days , the pressure cooking isn't any good to me with out the cook book I may send it back so I'm not a happy customer poor service”

“Talked to a real person. Did not order on line. Lady was very nice and knew what she was talking about. Very helpful. However would like to know when I get my merchandise. 7 TO 10 DAY SHIPPING. WAS WHAT I WAS TOLD NOT 2-3 WEEKS. I WAS GOING TO USE THESE COOKERS AT MY GRANDSON'S GRADUATION. DISIPPOINTED YES VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOW WE HAVE BUY FOOD FROM SOMEONE ELSE.”
