“Followed the directions and the food burned. Not enough directions of setting the time. Was very disappointed. Looked easy on the t v, but was nothing like it when I tried it. Had water in it, it evaporated and the food burned.”

“Well I haven't received it yet but I did order 6, 8 and 10 quart Cooker XL but I am so excited that I did order it and will receive it soon the order process was very pleasurable they did accommodate me in every way they could and I'm very satisfied with the customer service process I received thank you”

“You all charged my credit card for $204.89, and there were two additional charges of $88.29 each on my bank card statement. Therefore I would like my order cancelled ASAP. I will also be informing my 800 Facebook friends not to order this product because it is a scam. I called today to cancel it and your representative assured me it was cancelled. Yet, when I look on your website under customer care, there I nothing indicating that my order has been cancelled. I will also contact the BEtter Business Bureau regarding this matter. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER,,!!!! Order# 21586201717553026”

“Saw the show on TV and decided to buy the pressure cooker. Got a really nice lady on the phone to take my order and we started the process. Why is it that you can't just be happy with the sale you have made but have to instruct your sales people to sell additional products . I understand the process - get them while you have them on the phone and they are excited to buy - but it becomes very annoying and I finally told the lady If she did not stop the sales pitch I would hang up and not buy anything. Is it really worth it to get your customers pissed off before they even get the product. I had looked at the pressure cooker in Target so was definitely interested in buying it but it puts you off buying off the TV when you have to go through the pressure selling. Next time I'll just go to Target.”

“I have a power pressureXL. customer service was so helpful. I did want to some how forward a message to Eric Could he look into using the coating used in the copper skillets in the pressure cooker. I am always trying to scrub the bottom of my pressure cooker. If he does it please remember me. Thank you”

“No recipes!!!! Came with 5 recipes...i made 2 of them and the recipes had you add more food than coukd even fit in the pot!! I ordered the largest pot! I cannot find anymore recipes anywhere....stupid”

“I'm concerned about a few things. First, I didn't make my purchase online, as this questionnaire indicates. Second, I purchased 2 pots, neither of which pressurizes in the 17 minutes the manual states. The 8 quart pot took exactly 34 minutes to pressurize. The 6 quart pot took around 45 minutes to pressurize. I am currently waiting for a replacement lid for the 8 quart pot in the hopes that it will improve the function.”

“I am still learning how to use it. Ordered a part for the 6 qt and for 10 qt, they didn't tell me that one part was on back order. I had to call almost 2 weeks after I ordered so they could tell me it was on back order so still waiting”

“i love the pressure cooker, everything I have cooked in it has come out wonderful. I used the recipe for the two whole chickens with stuffing. We all loved it, the chicken was so juicy. i will definitely make it again. i have also made pot roast with vegetables, pasta etc... Everything was great, and soooo fast. So happy i purchased this. With a family of 9 , I will make great use of it. Connie”
