“this is a replacement unit for a 6 Qt. cooker. Altho it wasn't used much , it was over the 60 day warrantee. showed an " E4" .Shipping back and forth would have 50 % plus cost of repair. Hope I get better service from it's replacement.(Took out 3 yr. ins on this one.)”

“I have had to call to find out where and where products will be delivered. I'm still missing my invoice and warranty papers. I happy so far with the PPC XL but the online ordering process and support stinks!!!”

“The cooker is great, 1st one I received was damaged so I returned it, had to call and force the sending of a new one while damaged one was being shipped back, submitted e-mail to get the coupons but NEVER received them!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Well i never received my cooker or pans i ordered. They took the money out of my account for a week then put it back in. 3 days later i got an email my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. They blew my phone up trying to get me to purchase these things but never told me there was a problem. BAD BUSINESS”

“I ordered by phone this time and they helped me to get everything at an affordable rate. The only thing I didn't like was when he wanted to sell you all this extra stuff such as gift cards and stuff to order magazines that part can be taken out”
