“Regarding the PowerPressure.com, product and website: The pressure cooker is a great product. However, their customer service is extremely poor because you will be dealing with someone outside of the United States…I suspect the Philippians. Below is a review I gave them: Three times, since January, I tried ordering a seal for the lid of my pressure cooker. Two of those times your, out of the country “customer service”, representatives either sent me to another phone number or failed to complete my order. The other phone number they sent me to was to QVC; I did not place my order with QVC; I placed it with you. I did not get my seal until I demanded a U.S. representative. When will companies like you get that customer service, not within the U.S., doesn’t work; it’s cheaper for you; but those people don’t care; and you will not get repeat business. I will never order another product from you until you can guarantee that all of your sales people and customer service representatives reside within the borders of the United States. Sure, make more money in the short term, but you will lose in the long term. I’m placing this information on Facebook.”

“I am using the pressure cooker, but my biggest problem is I couldn't afford the cook book and I really think I would enjoy it more if I had it. The one with the cooker is limited and needed to use it. I am just so disappointed the book doesn't come with the cooker. I didn't get any of the rewards like the Wal Mart gift card they said I would get. The pressure cooker works great, but I am not confident enough to do anything except what is in the limited cook book. Maybe after I use it more and have food to experiment with I will enjoy it more. Maybe you should give the cookbook instead of the fry pan which is nice but I probably would have eventually bought the pan when I could afford it. Marilyn Bartolo”

“I am a senior citizen and tell you that to make a point. My daughters have been trying to get me to try out a pressure cooker for over 30 years. Finally I gave in and bought the new big one (10qt) and tried it. I made the beef stew. It is one of my family's favorite, but normally it takes almost 3hours to make. I just made the beef stew in the pressure cooker and it was great and only took 30 minutes. Can't wait to try other dishes that normally take a long time to make. I do recommend it.”

“I was told one thing on items I was purchasing by a customer representative and was billed another. I repeatedly called to get it rectified to no avail. The product seems fine but the fact that they did not correct the issue was appalling. I was very disappointed in the company. I would like to hear back from you regarding this.”

“I also ordered a cook book and accessories which I still have not received. I was promised a $50 Walmart gift certificate which I did not receive and have my doubts about ever receiving. The Grocery Coupons are mostly for products we do not have in our stores here on the Oregon coast. I have not used my power pressure cooker yet because I'm still waiting for my cook book....and waiting.... I'm thinking that maybe I'll just package up the things that I have received and return it all. Very disappointed.”

“The Power Pressure Cooker XL seems to work. I have not cooked anything yet. I did test the water pressure and it worked . I have not been able to get on line using the website to get my $100 grocery coupon. I tried to talk to a representative who was not helpful at all. HB”

“Hi---I have not used it yet, but will try it out real soon. I have a 4 quart power pressure XL and really like it. On the 10 quart one, do I need the attachment that goes under the big pot, I did not receive one in the box like the little one. Thank You MJ”

“Just received the Power Pressure Cooker XL today, have not had a chance to use it, however did not get my cookbook to know how to use it. Hoping it comes soon as I am ready to use it. Give a different rating when I get the book.”

“Finding this product at a Sam's Club facility at a Cheaper price with no shipping cost added is the main reason I am rating this purchase on On Line as VERY VERY POOR. With the savings at Sam's Club --I would actually be able to buy at least 4 Power Pressure Cookers and STILL have money left in my pocket. The unbelievable difference in cost buying ON LINE versus going to Sam's Club is a BIG DECEPTION to the Consumers. Yet the biggest nightmare was having to deal with the Customer Service Reps--------that offered only HEADACHES, LIES and Deceptions. Having to learn about the outrageous process and expensive additional cost to RETURN these products-------was beyond a SHOCK. THE LESSON learned in my opinion is SHOP AROUND in your local Stores before you get RIPPED OFF by the ON LINE TV Con Artists. Rosie A. CC,TX”

“Cooker would not achieve pressure. Customer service is terrible. They barely speak English. I waited 10 days for the machine and now have to ship back and wait again. Called 4 times to get someone knowledgeable enough to help. No luck!!!”
