“I received my power pressure cooker yesterday but have not used it yet. It looks okay and I am looking forward to using it. But for now I need to find out what my order number was to redeem my $100 in groceries. Where can I find that number? Thanks, Gaylo Howard”

“I have not received it yet. I concerned because the original order was charged to my account on 4/15/17 and a duplicate order was charged a second time on 4/19/17.”

“On the phone when placing the order, I said not to put the transaction through because I thought shipping was too high. Shipping was t told to me until the end of the order. The representative put the order through anyways. Money was taken out of my account. Item shipped out. I called to get the return package before the package got to me. Told I couldn't get it until package arrived. What a hastle!”

“Need to add the fact that the product is unsafe at elevation height!! Really can not use it for Pressure Canning because of that reason. I already gave it away as a gift and can not return.”

“On April 16th I received an email for order 21586201716152415. I called customer service saying that this was sent to the wrong email and that I was not Patricia Gilday. I was told it would be taken care of. On the 18th I received another email that my order was shipped. Yesterday I received an invoice for the order that I did not order. Again, I will ask that you send Patricia Gilday information on her order. Her email is NOT emgilday@gmail.com. Thank you.”

“I like the idea of cooking in the Power Pressure Cooker XL, but I gave it a Very Poor rating due to the fact just after using my cooker only "FIVE" times, the coating on the bottom of the inner pot coating came off. I did order a new pot from customer service to the tune of $29.00 which did not make me very happy. If this pot does the same thing the cooker is going into the trash and I will buy a pot with a stainless liner.”

“Well on your website an error kept coming up stating I needed to enter type of credit card so I put in discover card and the number and submit the same message came up and discover was missing”

“I have not used the pressure cooker yet. Its kind of hard to use the cooker when there is nothing to tell how the pressure cooker works. How can I fix that problem? I am sure the pressure cooker will work fine if I had the operating book.”

“I love pressure cookers. My mom used the old jiggle top model and her food was wonderful. I selected the Power Pressure Cooker XL because it does not need to be constantly monitored. It was easy purchase replacement parts through your web sit. I will go to your web site again when I need another part.”
