I WAS PROMISED THAT IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT TO ME VIA UPS WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND AS OF THIS POSTING I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING. PLEASE CHECK MY ORDER AND ADVISE ME OF THE TRACKING NUMBER AND THEN I WILL HAVE A BETTER REPORT. PHILHILTON@CONSOLIDATED.NET

When the order was completed we the frying pan should have been free . This was said by sale rep . She kept trying to sell us orther items we did not want . The total bill ended up at 185.93 . I said cancel the order . I said this three times . The sale rep hung up the phone . My checking account was charged the full amount . 185.93 . On Monday I called back and asked for a supervisor and this took a long time. When I did get one she said nothing could be done until we got the cooker then send it back . Then after ten days I would get my money back . The order should have been canceled and money reversed. I should not got hung up on . I did talk to my bank . Thanks for letting us tell you what happened . Roger Germain .

I didn't order on line, I called. The one thing I see in my confirmation email that I don't like is I was supposed to get the copper oan free with my order, and I ordered 2 cookers. Now I see I was charged $14.99 for each pan. If this is accurate I will be sending them back for a refund.

I called and placed and order for replacement parts on a pressure cooker we received as a gift about a year ago. Customer service agent was pleasant and told me my order would take between 7-10 days to arrive. He also didn't ask for my email address to send me tracking and order information. I waited the 10 days and didn't receive my order. Called back in and I was told that the item is currently back ordered and they didn't have a timeline on when I will receive it. This is horrible as we can't use the machine until the part arrives

I ordered the product and called back within a few hours and was told it was already shipped. That is very hard to believe, especially since I have not received it!

I will only write a review when I receive the FREE lid for the copper skillet. You TOLD me the lid was included for NO CHARGE! Send the FREE lid and I'll write a review.

The ordering process went very smooth. However, there seemed to be a problem when the company placed my order and put a hold on my debit card. The hold was not released until midnight on April 17 after the company tried to place the order for shipment and make the charge. When I contacted customer service I was connected to a call center in India, I have a hard time understanding them and when I asked to speak to an American representative, Alex, the rep became very defensive and rude. I was finally able to speak to a supervisor who helped me get the order placed in shipping status for April 19 when my card is charged. The order number is 21586201715420042. I think that when a customer spends over $600 they should have the right to speak to someone they can understand and not have someone become rude to them.
