“I love my Power Cooker! I tried to order a new rubber sealing ring on April 9th but "Michael" misspelled my last name & address, didn't ask for my email address and then sent me the wrong part! I had to reorder with "John" on April 13th and it looks like it is correct.”

“I ordered a 10 Qt Pressure Cooker XL. I was notified when the Cooker was shipped but it arrived damaged from the shipper. I refused the box due to damage and it was eventually returned to the shipper. I had requested a replacement but my first indication that there was a communication error was when I saw funds being returned to my account. I called Customer Service and stated my claim. A full refund was granted and a replacement order was placed which was received a few days later. I commend Customer Service for their professionalism in handling my claim.”

“simply put. Convenience and prep time. set the the delay timer and be on my way. home in time for food to be cooking and easy clean up! its like having a maid, but not!”

“I will never order anything from eric again. The methods are extremely deceptive and they are a bunch of fast talking shrews that need to be investigated. Taking advantage of people ,especially out of work vets who gave so much for our country is a base thing to do I hope you rot”

“we purchased the 10qt xl cooker to do canning and we live above 5000ft altitude. So we had to return it as it was unable to work above 2000ft. We have since repurchased a 6 QT and received that today. Potential buyers should be informed before buying the restriction on altitude for canning as that was the main purpose we bought. We are waiting on a refund from the first purchase and feel it fair that the shipping should also be reimbursed since we are paying shipping again on the second purchase. We are a family of two so 6 qt cooker was large enough for everyday meals. Dorothy Ludaescher”

“The power pressure cookers have not arrived yet. My complaint is with all the "up selling" over the phone. I almost cancelled the order. The supposed "free" pan and then pressure to buy the lid?! You are going to lose business if you can't just take the order. Also your recipe book for $100.00? What's it made of? Gold leaf?”

“Ordered a part that was missing on my pressure cooker. I was going to return it however your customer service person told me that she woulf send the part. Did not tell me it was out of stock. So I'm here waiting on the part for 10 days. Which is the time she told me to wait. No responds in an email on any update on my order. So', i get online to check status and finf out it is out of stock and will take up to two to three weeks. So much for trying you product out! Very dissatified. Cant even try it .”
