“We already have two and love them. Only suggestion would be to have some better non-stick surface on the bottom of the "bowl" as some food does stick. We deal with that and still love them. Need more recipes🤔”

“the power pressure cooker xl has enabled me to cook "real" food for dinner again! I often don't get home from work till 6-7 pm and we were really sick of take out food or lunch style suppers.”

“I have not used it as yet but I am very happy with what I have received, can't wait to give it a try. But I did not get the free frying pan that was promised. I chose the round copper pan.”

“The sales person tried to sell me too many unwanted items. I only wanted the pressure cooker, and she kept asking me if I wanted all these other items. That was very annoying and almost made me change my mind and hang up the phone!”

“Well my website experience was fairly easy the only problem I have is that my product is out of stock and no ETA on when I can expect to receive it, that's not very comforting to find out after you've already made the purchase, and after several days you call Back to find out where your product is in, only to find out your product that you order it's currently out of stock I think that the consumer should have some kind of advanced warning when purchasing something that's currently out of stock, instead of advertising they will receive the product between seven and 10 business days then they can make the decision if they want to wait on it or not before making their purchase! ho-hum P.S. How do you expect someone to give you a star rating when they don't even have the product yet?”

“First, I was charged twice. Second, the woman that helped me was confused to what I was requesting. Last, I still have not received the money back from the extra charge. Just a terrible experience.”

“We are excited to get our Power Pressure Cooker XL haven't tried it yet but read a lot of good reviews! The one thing that I am scratching me head on is the $100 in Grocery card! I was expecting to actually get a $100 gift card upon receiving my Power Pressure Cooker XL but instead its $100 in groceries coupons!!! REALLY!!!!!!! I was expecting a card I'm not a COUPONER!!!!!!”

“I just received it last night, so haven't cooked a meal in it yet. I ordered using the 800#. Specifically asked about the recipe book and grocery card. Asked if the $100 grocery comes on some type of gift card...was told yes. That's incorrect, it's coupons. Also, asked twice if rhw large recipe book was included in price..again told yes, twice! Not included. When I called to ask about the book, was told I could purchase for $30. If the agent doesnt know the answer to questions, dont say yes, so somewhat disappointed by the false advertising! I hope the pressure cooker at least, works as advertised.”
