“I haven't recieved the pressure cooker yet. As far as I know it hasn't been shipped yet. I am excited to get the product and start using it. I do think that at the end of what I wanted to order you kept going with more offers. That was a bit too much.”

“Haven't got it yet, but I am disappointed that I was told that I was going to receive 6 year warranties on both Pressure Cookers that I ordered and when I receive my receipt in my email, it shows that the CSR only put the warranty on 1 of them!”

“MY HUSBAND IS THRILLED. HE CAN'T WAIT TO START COOKING. LOVE THESE PRODUCTS. WE HAVE SWITCHED ROLES HE COOKS AND I CLEAN UP THE MESS, BUT HEY WHAT MESS.. LOL RAISING 5 GRANDKIDS THIS IS PERFECT. THANKS THE MANNS”

“I was promised a gift card for 100 for grocery withbmy purchase that would come with my order plus a 50 Walmart card from the magazines I ordered and I received neither of them! Very upset about being mislead about this offer I should have known I wasn't going to get anything for free!”

“I could not get the site to accept my pay pal account. so I had to try with just my debit card and the site wouldn't go threw that way either. So I had to call on the phone and be herrast about do you want to buy 2 and get a 20% discount off of the second one. if I wanted 2 I would have ordered 2. you want extra warrenty or buy extra cook books exc...... if I wanted Extra cook books or extra anything I would have said so. I was kept on the phone an extra 20 minutes for them trying to sale me more stuff. I would have cancelled the whole order but my wife wanted it so I went ahead and got it for her as a present. Then on the web page your phone number is mandatory so like I said the web site would not let me buy it but a representative calls me before I even get an order in wanting to try and sale me stuff so I told him why or you spying on me by calling me before I sent my order in so that meant they were getting my info from my computer without my knowlage before I clicked send. so watch out people they already watching you on your computer as your typing. so no telling what other info they getting from your computer without you knowing.”

“There is not one thing in the box that tells you how to operate the pressure cooker. The receipt book I ordered never came. Can't use it without some kind of instructions”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how well this cooker works! Very easy clean up. I can see us using it all the time. I was a little disappointed, however, at the "free cookbook" valued at $20. It turned out to be a 6 or 8 page pamphlet with a dozen recipes or so.”

“I love my Pressure Cooker but I noticed your commercials now offer a free cookbook and a square skillet. I was wondering why this infomercial was different from the one I purchased from. I had to buy a cook book for my Power Pressure Cooker XL and did not get a skillet.”
