“Customers service suck!... I tried canceling the product the next, and they would not allow me to... I never heard of a company not put customers first. If you ever plan on ordering this product, make sure you really want it... I would never recommend this product to any of my friends and family...”

“From the very first call I made it was a horrible horrible experience. The customer service rep that I dealt with was so pushy and would not listen to me every time I told her no thank you. I kept saying I only want the pressure cooker and she would just not give up. I kindly kept telling her please listen to what I am telling you please do not be disrespectful to me when I tell you the only thing I want to purchase is the pressure cooker. I got so angry that I told her to forget it and I hung up. She actually called me back she apologized and said that she needed to get my approval of the transaction on the live recording. I told her she had a lot of nerve calling me back because she would not listen to what I was saying she again had the nerve to tell me more things that she was trying to sell at that point I started screaming at her and told her to cancel my order. I hung up she did not call back she sent me an email of the confirmation for my order and the next day I got online to your website and tried to cancel my order and again the live chat person just would not give up. They kept asking me are you sure what went wrong what can we do to fix this? Does anyone in this company actually listen to your customers? I don't care how good this product is your customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with as a consumer and as a customer service manager myself.”

“I am enjoying cooking with my new power pressure cooker. I recently purchased the cookbook as well as using the online recipes. One thing that I would like to see is, more good old fashion hone cooked recipes instead of the more fancier ones. Thanks.”

“The sales associate was very polite and courteous but there were too many add on offers... like a football team piling onto a runner that was already down. I suppose if I had money it would be different but I decided to purchased what was at my limit only to get tempted to add on and now my financial situation is screwed for the next 30 days. The offers were good but if they could be made at time of purchase, they could be made later with my email. I do not know that I will by from another infomercial.”

“The sit is very hard to get to and then you get the run around to different sits to get to where you can order anything. You need to jump through hoops to get to the sit that you can order. You need to make it easier to get to the place you can order with out so much jumping around on line”

“The new 10 qt. Cooker works great. Your instructional folder is vague to a first time user. Recipe said to sear meat by pushing sear button. No button. Attempted to change cooking time, unable once count down started. Screen showed P O 24 during count down. P O? I like your product, but I'm not a cook.”

“We ordered the pressure cooker xl and we were satisfied with the pressure cooker and we ordered it thinking we were going to get a 100 gift card for grocery at our local grocery store. We saw it on tv very deceiving. We called and explained that and we were going to return it because we could have gotten it on amazon for 150.00 NOW they stated that we were going to have 45.00 off of 194.00 if we keep it and they would send statement telling me they were going to put on our charge card.. NOTHING YET. I will never order anything like this again. bad experience. to bad nice product. My brother was going to get one till I TOLD HIM WHAT I WENT THROUGH.”
