We ordered the pressure cooker xl and we were satisfied with the pressure cooker and we ordered it thinking we were going to get a 100 gift card for grocery at our local grocery store. We saw it on tv very deceiving. We called and explained that and we were going to return it because we could have gotten it on amazon for 150.00 NOW they stated that we were going to have 45.00 off of 194.00 if we keep it and they would send statement telling me they were going to put on our charge card.. NOTHING YET. I will never order anything like this again. bad experience. to bad nice product. My brother was going to get one till I TOLD HIM WHAT I WENT THROUGH.

I called in to order the 10 qt pressure cooker. After being offered to buy everything else they could think of to throw on my order and me continuing to say "no" I finally got irritated and said "look i dont want anything except the pressure cooker, i dont want anything free, all i want is the cooker, thats it" i was told many different prices that was going to come out of my account and was confused the entire time. After all was said done i finally get my confirmation and theres TWO pressure cookers on it. Needless to say i canceled my entire order and learned to never deal with these people again!

Very happy with the cooker. It works very well. However, I ordered a red one with special free offers including the copper pot and gift card. I received the stainless Steel one and none of the free offers that the telephone representative assured me I would receive.

Received 2x10qt power pressure cookers and 2 square fry pans with lids within a week after seeing the info commercial on TV, however, the $30 hard bound cookbook was paid for but not received. Also, I noticed a different online offer than what I received by phone.

I have not used the cooker a lot - I find it difficult to determine how long to cook items not sure about how long to cook whatever I am trying to cook worried about over cooking or under cooking

My cooker was damaged when arrived. One quick call and was able to return for another cooker. Anxious to get the new one.

I ordered 2 of the cookers. I invited my daughter over to give one to her and she tells me that her husband gave her one for christmas. Since my wife and I were visiting our other daughter and family in California I did not know. After returning back to Texas I have had a Heart Attact going to physical therapy. I am enjoying my cooker but need to return the second one. Can you please send information to return. Looking forward to hearing from you. The advertisements on TV were clearly offering "100 dollars on groceries". But they want to send me "100 dollars on groceries COUPONS". That is not fair. Please correct your mistake and send me a gift card valued 100 dollars for a supermarket purchase of groceries.

I have yet to test the product and I am already having second thoughts with this particular company as I was on the phone for a bit over an hour and very carefully wrote down what all my $300 order entailed onto find out via email that it was in fact incorrect!! I was told over and over on the phone by my sales rep that I would be getting 2 and mind you she emphasized 2 square frying copper pans as I bought the second one at the discount rate. I thought that was an extremely good deal and was going to share with my sister. So, I called and told them my story of what happened and said they can listen to the call and verify what the exchange was and was I was told. I was matter of fact told NO that I was told incorrectly and sorry about that and she would be happy to sell me one plus additional s&h!!! Are you even serious right now? I spent $300 and you want to sell me another pan that I was previously promised on my order. I don't hardly think so. We are still carefully considering this order and very well may cancel it all as I do not appreciate how it was handled. Very unprofessional. Not just the fact of I was counting on the extra pan but DO NOT put representatives to sell your merchandise if they do not know what to adequately offer to the consumers. In addition, when a customer says no twice to magazines and 3 times over shopping coupon site, STOP!!! Enough with it. Over an hour on the phone was more than enough. Never again. I will walk in the store of my choice and pick the pan of my choice and be done with it. You have lost a future customer. Brenda Sullivan-Skirvin

I ordered a missing valve for my pressure pot on 3/17/2017 and today 4/3/2017 have yet to receive the item. As far as quick response the amount was taken from my account very quickly.

my purchase was a phone order and didnot like the experiance al all.Had a very hard time understanding what your employees were saying because of there broken english.

THE MACHINE WORKS VERY WELL......I DO HAVE ONE ISSUE THOUGH....THE POWER CHOPPER THAT CAME WITH IT APPEARS TO BE BROKEN...TRIED TO PIECE IT BACK AND USE IT, BUT THAT WENT BAD AND IT'S ABSOLUTELY 100% USELESS...SHAME TOO - I REALLY NEEDED IT (IT HAD 30% TO DO WITH MY GETTING THE PRESSURE COOKER AND I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN THE PRESSURE COOKER WITHOUT THE CHOPPER...). IS THERE ANYTHING WE/YOU CAN DO ABOUT THAT..?

Never got it. No communication regarding order number, shipment, etc. Reordered from TV the other day. Be interesting to see if I get that one.

The cooker was great but i had to purchase another one because the first one my wire lost a part to it. We called and no one could understand the part she was looking for. I paid shipping and handling for a part that was eventually sent back because of being the wrong part and i never ever got my money back or a return call. Paul S. Anderson
