“Have not tried it yet. I did not get the cookbook or the square copper skillet. When I ordered the pressure cooker, your customer service rep kept trying to sell me something else beside the cooker, i.e., full set of copper skillets. When I try it I will submit a review. I will mark as acceptable for now. It could change after I try it.”

“When a customer calls in to purchase a product that they are sold on from the commercial, they are sold on the product. However, they do not need to go through 15 to 20 minutes of being sold additional add on products such as magazines, coupon companies, vacations, etc.”

“The customer service agent was quite friendly, however, the phone call took forever because they attempted to sell an enormous amount of other items, even after telling them I did not want anything else. Also the items they said automatically came with the pressure cooker were not mentioned during the phone call, but we did receive those items. Though I know this is typical of this kind of call, it is very annoying.”

“I was impressed with the TV program showing the benefits of owning a Power Pressure Cooker. I called and was helped by someone who knew all about the cookers. I requested the smallest one, as I live alone and the ease of cooking in one appealed to me. The ordering process was easy, my questions were answered and I soon had purchased one!”

“I have Not Received It It Just Made it To Moms And your no Shipping to Alaska I did not Think was going to be that big of Cost. But your Customer Service Rep Talk me into shipping it to Family and they could Ship it to ME. Well Mom did and Shipping cost 34 dollars Less than My Total Cost/ And Mother is upset and told me to Never Do That again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You”
