“I was able to find the item in bed bath & beyond cheaper and get it faster. I did not appreciate having to pay $30 dollars for a cook book to use this product.”

“I just got my cooker. I am reading the instructions a couple time through. My Mom covered her kitchen from ceiling to floor with her bean soup. So, I will be cautious. It will be well used. I can cook a 10 pound Turkey. Triptafan will help me sleep. I am very pleased so far. It arrived 4/11 the day expected.”

“I hate the fact it only lasted for about a 18 months. It was not abused neither did I use it everyday... you charge a lot of money for your product. I did have extra money for insurance. I thought it would last much longer. I'am very unhappy with it longevity. I hate being a target for your up sailing practice it's ungodly, are you that greedy for money? I was asked to purchase something else it seemed like over 7 or 8 times. This was the second time God forbid calling on the automatic line is even worst the up saling is insulting. You take up my time to put money in your pocket, I didn't feel good and if I did I don't want anything I did not call about. You need to be considerate and not money hungry... Bad customer service, you can't hear for all the background noise, it sounded a mad-house. They need better headsets. Mis-leading, false, all that food does not fit in one.pot... even before you had the 8 or 10 quarts size...”

“you are telling me i order m, yes but then you go and cancelled cause you don't have enough u should not put on tv if you can not suppy. when i order it. there is was enough . it a shame i was so excited to try it my daughter as one, i will not order any more items from qvc,”

“I ordered the 10 quart model. I go to check on my order a couple of days later. And fine out the order is back ordered for aleast a month. I cancled it”

“All I wanted to buy was the Power Pressure Cooker the sales person kept on and on trying to sell everything under the sun. I kept saying no and then it got to the point I finally said if you ask another question about anything else to purchase I'm going to hang up and not buy this Pressure cooker. Very poor sales person.”

“It was delivered quickly. I failed to find out when the due dates on next 2 payments of $33.33. I only get SS check on 3rd Wednesday of the month. Please only take the payments out May 17th and June 21st. Thank you so much. I look forward to getting my square copper frying pan on the 17th. You guys are really quick. Thanks again.”

“JUST GOT THE POWER PRESSURE COOKER XL - HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO DO ANY COOKING OR CANNING, WHICH I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO. HOWEVER, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY YOU ARE HANDLING THE GROCERY COUPONS. I AM NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE AND MY WIFE IS VERY OUT OF PRACTICE. I FEEL YOU SHOULD JUST SENT THE COUPONS AND WE WILL PICK THRU THEM. WE WILL GLADLY SEND BACK THOSE WE DO NOT USE. THE WAY YOU HAVE IT IS A PAIN. BOO!”

“Well I ordered 7 days ago and your company has charged me 3 times already. On 04/05 I was charged $194.75 and also again for 04/05 in the amount of 189.35 then again today 4/11 in the amount of $192.28 none of these amounts match your sale of 3 easy payments of $33.33 I have requested that my money be refunded and that you simply keep your product but my request has fallen upon def ears. I have taken the time to file a police report 3 easy payments of $33.33 add up to $99.99 not the amounts your company have taken the liberty to over charge me. You product has yet to be shipped to my home again STOP the order and refund my hard earned money. Thank you.”

“Well so far, i bought my 10 qt xl. On feb24 , the steam release has not worked properly. I called and the gentleman told me he would mail me a box so i could send mine in. Its been what nearly 2 weeks now. Now i now its supposed to spin around, but steam continues to por out. Its not right. I paid alot of money for this. I need this fixed.ASAP. PLEASE.”

“I have not received anything yet and when I called to talk to a customer service representative asking him about the gift cards the pressure cooker and the pot set all he could tell me was the pressure cooker is coming tomorrow and he has no information about other items. Sees that I'm not signed up for the 100 dollar gift card but I can sign up on the website put me over to the Walmart gift card line where I was hung up on. Then I go to the website which I see no space where you sign up for the 100 dollar gift card that I was promised on the third of April. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone on the third of April reliving my credit card number to sign up for different promotions and there is no human I can talk to about it. Very frustrated but at least my pressure cooker will be here tomorrow I pray I Love it”
