“I have not received my power pressure cooker yet”

“Watching the display on TV seemed impressive. I ordered one as a gift for my daughter... not knowing she already has a pressure cooker. Before returning it she tried to get in touch with your customer service. You need to 'upgrade' this service .... it's very bad! No return contact or satisfaction and she has to pay to return the product. She also read the bad reviews about the cooker. I will never buy anything from the TV again after her experience!”

“I placed my order for one 10 quart power pressure cooker and was charged for two. I called customer service to have it changed to one unit. The price was $192.00 for shipment of this product but I was charged $310.65. After the additional unit was removed I was told it now would cost $210.65 to have it shipped. I'm not sure about the charges and the experience I have had with this company in the last three days. Please work on how orders are taken over the phone, since your website does not confirm the order placed via email.”

“I am very disappointed. Today I received the piece that I ordered and it is the wrong one. I ordered the Float valve and and gasket that goes with is I received the pressure valve, Please send me the correct part. Thank-you. I still have not received the credit for the return part that was shipped wrong, You were quick to send the correct part but very negligent in issuing the credit for the wrong one you sent first,”

“Hello why was two purchase coming off of my master card the sales person I spoke with over the phone no very well that I did not order two power pressure cooker therefore I want a refund and i want my money put back on my master card.”

“What you see on the info-commercial is exactly what you get. It does all that and then some. It works great! Can't wait to use it for my whole family and see their reaction. I just got it 2 days ago and have used it twice. It really saves time. If you work, have a large family, what ever the reason, you need to get one. I love it!”

“Had old pressure cooker and loved the result. Always leary of the rocking back and forth of the steam vent. Anxious to try the newer technology and know the that the result will be great. Bought this one because of the ease of cooking. Pressure cooking is the way to go.”

“I was very disappointed in the price of the Erics Power Pressure cooking cookbook. I think the price is outrageous for 10 pages in a booklet and there for I am returning it and want my account credited. Very deceiving to the customer.”

“This product has very poor information about how it works, so you can apply cooking information for menus not included in the info provided. Operator taking orders can not answer questions about the cooker, specifically the weight of the pressure release weight. The pressure it developes. This info tells you how long to cook at a specific pressure. Recipients are ok for the few items listed but to cook other items you don't know what you are working with. Pressure and temperature are set with the release weight but info doesn't tell you what that is. This is my second purchase of a Power Pressuer Cooker XL. Hopefully there is better info in the recipe book I purchased separately. Cookers work good but you don't know what you are working with.”

“this is strictly the rate of the policy for the sales line. I am still waiting for the cooker to come in so I can't make any comments on the unit itself. the reason for the poor rating is that I was only trying to purchase the cooker and the sales rep continued to sale me everything under the sun. I know that is the rep's job but sometimes you just need to sale the unit the customer is calling for and that's that.”
