“I am pleased with the pressure cooker XL. I was disappointed the "FREE" groceries were in the form of COUPONS. It was misleading the way it was advertised as free groceries and I found that deceptive. Overall the cooker is a wonderful addition to my cooking arsenal. I also read that I was to receive a measuring cup but the 10 quart version did not come with one.”

“I called to order the pressure cooker and was overwhelmed by the person taken the order trying to upsell other products addition to the product. makes ordering on the phone a pain if there are other products that go with the product your ordering it should be seen on TV so you can make the decision to order before you get hammered on the phone, and I received my pressure cooker but not the copper pan that goes with it so I have to call customer service today”

“I did not like being pushed to purchase additional items. When I said that's all I wanted I kept getting more request to purchase more items to the point that I told them if you do not stop if you ask me one more time I will cancel the whole order.”

“the problem we had is with the credit card offer I have a debit card from Social Security and it would not take it, had to pay all at one time but thanks to the offer made to me I could afford it not often do I have a large abount at end of month like this time Robert”

“The worst order i have ever made,poor customer service...they lie to customers about bonus. Pls never waste your time and money to make a purchase the worst nightmare you will ever have is to call them and order. Beware!”

“they make it look so much easier on tv. they are not specific on how to cook certain foods. it's trial and error. the cooking instructions that come with the pressure cooker are very weak. not sure i am going to keep it”

“Have only used the pressure cooker a couple of times and it seems to live up to all claims. However, the $100. free grocery coupons deal is a complete scam. The website does not respond as claimed so don't count this part of the offer as a plus when considering to purchase this product.”

“I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE XL PRESSURE COOKER YET. I WILL GIVE A LATER REVIEW. BUT I CAN SAY THAT THE OTHER PANS I BROUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER, SHE LOVES COPPER CHEF COOKING WARE. SHE LOVES THAT NOTHING STICKS AND A VERY EASY CLEAN UP AND THE MEALS SHE CAN PREPARE IN THEM ON TOP OF STOVE OR INSIDE OF OVEN. THE TRUTH IS SHE WANTED ME TO ORDER THE PRESSURE COOKER FOR HER. SO KNOWING THAT SHE IS SO HAPPY WITH COPPER CHEF I CAN GIVE A STAR RATING. SHE IS GIVING OUR OLD POTS AND PANS AWAY”

“My husband and I are really enjoying our new Power Pressure Cooker XL. It has greatly shortened our prep for meals and given us more time back to relax and enjoying eating it. We were a little intimidated by a pressure cooker but have found the instructions simple and some of the recipes are very helpful. Fun to try new meals and well worth the cost.”
