“I thought the lady sounded more like a robot than anything. Sounded like she was reading off of a script. But otherwise my wife and I are very ecstatic about Eric thesis pressure cooker and copper pan. We recently bought a copper pan by Eric and are very happy with his products. We would like to see more products of the copper items and cooking items as well as utensils if possible”

“I'm enjoying the pressure cooker. It's easier & safer than older pressure cookers. I was afraid to use them before the power pressure XL. The 10qt size is ideal for our family of 6. My only other need is a cook book to fully experience the power pressure cooker XL.”

“Not happy with service. Received the product 4 days ago. Parts missing. When I called to speak with customer service they said they were sorry for my inconvenience and they would be sending the parts free of charge but that they were charging me $6 and some odd cents to ship items. Not happy at all. Still have not received parts. Not my fault they did not put all parts in package!”

“I haven't used my power pressure cooker XL yet, I had it shipped to my home while I was out of town. Just to let you know I had the best customer service representative that helped me out she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Her name was Wendy, she was a transplant from New York and we got along like we could've been sisters. Thanks again Wendy for all your advice and your help with my 6 quart cooker. I can't wait to get home and get it out of the box and use it, and my new free frypan. 🇺🇸”

“I wanted to order one item ONLY, your rep. kept trying to sell me other items that I was not interested in, to the point of almost causing me to hang up and forget the whole thing. Your high pressure, continued attempted selling, eeven after I told rep. I WAS ONLY WANTING ONE ITEM ! was offensive and in-professional”

“We love cooking with the Power Pressure cooker. The food cooks in much less time and tastes amazing! The only negative I have is the cleanup. The space where the lid fits onto it gets food dropped down in there and it's very hard to get out. So I would recommend to redesign that or I wish it came with some type of cleaning tool that would get in to that empty space. If it wasn't for that, we would have given it five stars!”

“I purchased this after watching the infomercial. It looked great, but after I placed the order I had second thoughts. I looked at reviews and found things that did not make me happy. I tried canceling the order, but was told a label had already been created and it couldn't be canceled. That was true, as there was already a UPS tracking #. Nice because I received it in less than a week. Long story short, I am so happy it did not get canceled. I love this cooker. I have used it numerous times in the past few weeks. It will take a little time getting to know the needed cooking times, but that is true for any cooking method. I cooked a 5# pork roast in it and thought 45 mins would do. Not so, it was rare inside. No problem, I turned it on for another 20 minutes and it turned out great. I had browned onions and the roast in the cooker prior to cooking. Added pepper, garlic powder, salt and rosemary, along with about 8 cups of water. It created the richest and most delicious broth I have ever made. Needless to say, I am more than pleased with this cooker. Thanks!”

“My online experience was I can't use the PayPal to pay, it bring me back to the beginning to input everything again. Overall order is fine because I got a call and placed the order on the phone with discount. The cooker was easy to use. It's was just a bit scary with the high pressure steam coming out for a long while for first time use. It's a fast cook. I wasn't expecting I got a super size cooker. Overall is satisfying.”
