I have the 8 ounce press the cooker and I love it so much that my husband and I decided to buy a bigger one because we have a big family doing the holidays and and the 10 ounce pressure cooker will help us out a lot and especially because it won't take us all day to cook. I talk about it a lot to my family and I have five family members that have already bought a pressure cooker and they're in love with it to.

I Love this pressure cooker. I would like to get an extra gasket and the glass top for the 8 gt. Although the $100 free groceries was a scam.

You must cook food longer than then recipe calls for. Took me an hour to learn how to use it. Customer service was so heavy on accent I couldn't understand very well. Over all, after you learn what to do, and cook Longer, it's good.

I received it about a week ago so I've only used it once so far. I cooked a small roast with veggies, 1 can of mushroom soup and one can of cucumber soup and it was delicious. I plan to use it more often. I really like it and I highly recommend it.

Customer service tolerable. Never got the actual produce because of cost and multiple added on items that were not wanted and subscriptions that had to cancelled.

I love the power pressure cooker except for the Teflon pan. First time something sticks fast, it remains a mess. An enamel coating would be easier to clean, last longer and be healthier.

I phoned5 times to finally get the results I was looking for. An operator named Ron who sounded maybe East Indian was very helpful. I,m a Canadian resident renting in the Villages Florida, we are returning to Canada on March 30. I was given different info by each rep. Now I find out that it IS possible to purchase the 8 qt. in Canada. Canadian Tire stores carry both the 8&10 qt. If I had been informed of this it would have been so much easier. Hopefully my two 8 qt. pressure cookers will be delivered on time. I told them the address was 2401 Kingstree Pl. The Villages Florida32162 But they listed it as Lady Lake.

I placed my order on the 20th of March received it on the 23rd of March fast service , Also tried boneless chicken breast and baby carrots loved this in the Pressure cooker XL it was very tender and it only took 15 min. Cant wait to try the canning , the frying pan with the lid I heated up rice and added chicken and carrots just to reheat rice did not stick that's a plus and I have set up redeemspot, com for the coupons for $100.00 in groceries , Thank You Waiting on Pin then can pick the coupons for use would rather had a card with the money on it but I will give it a try.

When I first called, it was 2-3 in morning. He was obnoxious, pushy, unreasonable, and spoke poor clarity in English. I wouldn't have bought the product for a .50 offer and ended the call. The advertisement on TV had bonus offerings included in that l p.m. p.m.advertisement the jerk who took my call never mentioned. Like it or not I am prejudice against salesman who can't speak English well. I received a call back from an American lady who gave a price with all bonus offerings of whom I did buy the product. It's been almost 3 days later and still waiting for the product to arrive. In all honesty after having served 20 yrs army, I have an expression called the 7 P's. Prior propper planning prevents piss poor performance. Knowing max effective ranges of our weapons, I ask u what is the max effective range of an excuse? Charles E. Britt US Army Retired!!!
