“I find it deceptive at best that the inner pot is not only not stick free but needs to be replaced every 3-6 months. That makes this so called pressure cooker not a value but puts it on the poor list.”

“My pans came with bubbles on the outside like it was painted. ??? and the pan also has a chip on the rim so they are VERY delicate. Can't take a bump. Haven't used the pressure cooker yet.”

“I truly love my pressure cooker I was disappointed the receipes offered in box are very few and the hardback receipe book was not part of this since it's a pricy product .. a product does no good if you don't have the proper tools to use it .. I know you can purchase it but since this is pricy it should be part of the product”

“Staff were courteous. I purchased the 8 quart and then a half hour later changed my mind and ordered the 10 quart. Instead of just charging me the difference between the two I got charge for both. It would have been very bad if I did not have the 500 dollars to cover both in my account. I called and was told I would have my money in 24 hours. Which by the way I don't have.”

“The actual product is GREAT, however, not much can be said for the customer service we received. It took multiple calls to get our order corrected and over a month later we still have not received all of our products as promised. I anticipated purchasing two more pressure cookers for family members, but I am now on the fence due to sub par customer service.”

“I am very sorry to be negative but my order had to be canceled and redone on the phone. For some reason my order tripled and charged me that amount without me saying to do so, I was very upset called and got satisfaction right away. thank you Kathy A.”

“Would not order another pressure cooker. The sales person tried to sell me everything she could , I just wanted the 10 quart cooker. I told her I just wanted the cooker. Got the 1st charge , it had all the extras I didn't want,. Unbelievable!!! I will never buy from this company again!!! Very dissatisfied, beware!!!”
