“The cooker does every thing that was advertised and that is great. The only problem was the cookbook that I ordered did not come and the pan that I ordered (square) came as round. This was taken care of when I called. The book arrived in one day and I kept the pan. The cooker is excellent and the service was also.”

“Still waiting on the pressure cooker Phone call, had to many attempts to up sell other items. They were also supposed to knock one payment off. I was on the phone with customer service and still had time. Doesn't look like they took that one payment off”

“The inside bowl does not set level causing liquids to move to the lowest level causing it to burn soups. Also the teflon is coming of causing food to stick.”

“I have the pressure cooker 8-quart. I just ordered and received the Pressure Cooker XL. I paid for two cookbooks. And have not receive them. Tried customer service. Was asked for me to call back later. Can't even understand the person on the other line. This needs to be fixed.”

“Your advertising started that your cook book and canning book came with your purchase which were vaulted at $20.00 each and a bonus item of a square or rounded lid and some other items for you to pick one while these items last and then they charged $2:75 for the lid and $20:00 dollars for the cook book”
