“I had no problems purchasing the power XL over the phone. Alice was very nice and thorough about Everything. She did not pressure me to buy anything extra. She was helpful. We talked to each other about everything. Almost an hour of conversation. I enjoyed talking to her. It felt like we were old friends. She deserves something special from the company. Please give her a nice gift or maybe a big advancement. Thank you.”

“Apparently, we could not get the cover to fit correctly, so the meat was burned. It is now March 18, and I'm not using the complicated pot. I would rather have "my mother's pressure cooker." Much easier to use; especially because the cover would completely close, easily. The new cooker? A waste of money, for us!”

“ordering the pressure cooker was fine, I really was not interested in all the other stuff the lady wanted to sell me, I really think you should let customer's order what they call for and not everything else. other than that the lady was very nice.”

“The pressure cooker was returned on 16 march. We had Put IT through the 10 minute Check to be sure the seals were functioning and realized that so much released steam would be affecting the finish of the upper kitchen cabinets above the counter whenever it was to be used.”

“The gentleman that took my order was very polite. After I ordered my cooker and stated what I wanted he kept throwing all these additional itema for purchase out there. He was polite. But sometimes a person just wants to order their stuff and be done.”

“I really like my 6 qt PPC xl. Getting replacement parts is s l o w. Call in to get it faster. Online is much delayed. The tracking number(s) they send you lead no where. It is linked to UPS but not a style tracking number they use. And is gets shipped USPS. I go a wrong part (my fault) and the refund was back in my account at a pretty time. YES I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.”

“I like the power pressure cooker XL, but I had a problem with the float valve coming out .The O ring would not stay on the valve kept coming off and steam came out of the handle and got burnt. I don't feel like I should have had to pay for the shipping since it was still under warranty. I am disappointed in this matter thank you.”

“Very disappointed. Got this yesterday n the 10quart most expensive one Does Not Have the cook book advertised with it. I even repeat on the phone, the cook book is included and was told yes both times. So very disappointed. When you spend almost $200. The cook book should be included like it is with the smaller ones. Poor service!”

“I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT ORDER THE TEN QUART PRODUCT TO MY CANADIAN ADDRESS AND COULD NOT GET AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THE FIRST LADY I TALKED TO WAS GREAT , SHE GAVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WHO COULD NOT TELL ME WHY THE PRODUCT I WANTED COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO CANADA . INSTEAD I HAD TO HAVE DELIVERED TO AN AMERICAN ADDRESS IN ORDER TO GET THE PRODUCT I WAS SENT AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE ADDRESS AND ORDER BUT AS YET , HAVE NOT SENT A TRACKING NUMBER , SO I CAN TRACK THE DELIVERY . I WAS ALSO PROMISED A $50 WALMART CARD WHICH COULD NOT BE SENT TO ME BECAUSE OF MY ADDRESS . I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME WHO HAS THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS . KEN HOWARD”

“I received an email, before I received and invoice or the product, for a rating. The individual I worked with on the phone order, was very nice and easy to talk to about the product and knowledgeable. I don't order to many products of the TV, but this product was very interesting and seams very useful in today 's meal prep. My problem was that everything had a price, even the cooper fry pan, the pan was free but the lid I had to buy. ???? The TV commercial is sorta miss leading. Will start using once we receive the pressure cooker.”

“The Copper skillet was not as big as showed on TV. It was very disappointing as I ordered the large pressure cooker. SoI should have received a large skillet.”
